Posting Images

I have become unfamiliar with posting photos on the sight. I used to be able and now I am doing something wrong. I use

and this is what I get. If I do this, http://10.176.80.155/www.fordification. ... l_tank.jpg , I get this. What am I doing wrong?

i took out the numbers at the front. and the extra m in com.
