I don't think Blue used conduit, obviously conduit would leak at all of the seams. Looks to me like he used flex gas lines, like for gas clothes driers would use which would work fine.

That''s a good possibility. If that's the case, it'll be there when we're all long gone!!

It just looked like some of the flex conduit I've used over the years.

Why is it that there's seldom time to fix it right the first time, but there's always time to fix it right the second time???

That's not an oil leak :nono: That's SWEAT from all that HORSEPOWER!!

The drain holes look huge but the head bolts run through them as well and there is actually a pretty small passageway there.

With stock rocker assemblies, a 80-90 Holley jet in the oil feed under the rocker stand is about as small as you want to go.

If you are pooling oil in the heads than that might be your fix.

If the heads are holding a lot of oil, it will make it easier for the valve to suck up the oil.

Sounds like you have at least partially fixed it though.

What method to use for restricting some of the oil flow to the heads/rockers?
I think I might have some pooling especially at the rear.

I haven't seen anybody mention this but I'm just wondering wehter you wher using oil resistant hose for that or is it just ordinary hose? You have to use oir risistant hose for that. One more thing, on the "fixed" pictures it looks like your not even runing a PCV valve. Is that some sort of plastic coupler? Just my :2cents:

Remove the rocker assemblies. Place a 90 holley jet in the oil feed on each head. It is the passage that is next the the bolt hole in the head where the reduced shank bolt is.replace rocker assemblies.
