IMO I think that it is most likely to be caused by worn rings. What is the compression like on the engine?

havent checked. what a bummer, guess the only way is to rebuilt. when i first got the truck engine was neglected, but it was rebuilt like 35,000 miles ago ,

If its blowing out around the dizzy, its time for a rebuild. Hopefully it has good walls in it so you can have it bored out a bit.

Re: HI, ANY GOOD products to help patch blo- by issue
a post a year or so ago. showed that a pcv could still rattle and be bad. so check it for sure. then do a compression test. see if all of the cylinders are the same pressure or not. and what that pressure is. then a leak down test could also be in order too. make sure the pcv hose isnt collasped or collasping while its running. and that the place it plugs into isnt plugged up either. i have seen that happen once or twice. is the pcv in the back of the enigne on the passenger side or the front on the drivers side?

Make sure your PCV is intact and functioning properly before you jump to any engine repairs. And here's how I did mine to get rid of the collapsing hose issue:
