can fe mounts be used for in inline 300 and vice versa?

if you mean the perchs themselves, yes. http://www.fordification.com/enginestands.htm
if your talking the rubber mounts, no.

you will have to move them to the forward hole though.
and bell housing is different between the two.

here si what happens when you put an fe in a truck that had a 240 in it and dont move the moutns.

the transmisson and drive shaft wont go back together. it will be about an inch or two to far apart. i know i forgot to move them. i was being rushed and forgot to move them.
