I am set on doing the Crown Victoria IFS swap eventually. Since you are swapping in a new crossmember, you are doing away with the original motor perches. I am wanting to run my 302 after the swap, so I have been thinking about how to add 302 motor mounts back to the frame. This is what I found at summit. Tell me what you guys think.

These mounts will bolt / weld to the sides of the frame and shouldn't interfere with the new CV cross member. Am I overlooking anything?

What is IFS and CV means Constant Velocity Joint. So what are you trying to ask? That mount, mounts a 302 in our trucks by eliminating the original perches.

Re: Engine Mounts with Crown Vic IFS
IFS = Idependent Front Suspension
CV = Crown Victoria
The original perches in my truck will be eliminated when the crossmember is cut out and replaced with the Crown Victoria crossmember. I am looking for a way to mount new 302 perches to the frame since I couldn't attach them to the Crown Victoria crossmember below. It looks like these are the mounts that I would need.
Sorry for the confusion Dragon, and thanks for the input.

Re: Engine Mounts with Crown Vic IFS
Let me know how that works out. My F250 is not raced off road or on just hot rodded and I think that would be a neat upgrade.
If my company ever gets profitable then my 390 is coming out for an all aluminum Genesis motor with EFI and EDIS so I will be shaving over 200 lbs from the front end.
