help!! my truck is still missing!!

something must be wrong with me. i thoguht your truck had been stolen. i cant help you much with a miss. im just not a tune up person. or much on identifing misses i should say.

Are you 100% sure you didnt get the dizzy wet?? These things suck water like you wouldnt believe. Try washing the motor at the carwash, then start it. Wont happen. pop the top & start drying the dizzy.

Did you get the coil wet?? Maybe the coil is shot??

The engine guys will chime in & help you out.

spraying some wd40 into the dist. should take care of any moisture issues in there if that's your problem

is the cap and rotor button new?

Are the plugs oil fouled or fuel fouled?

sounds like you have 2 plug wires crossed. try switching the two that arent firing. at least check the firing order

i put a new cap and rotor on it when i originally rebuilt the motor. They look fine. and the two of the plugs didnt look like they were firing great, but they had no oil on them. so i guess that would be fuel fouled i dont know.. and the firing order is right.. i have triple checked it.. i will try some wd40 and see if that cures it!! and just out of curiousity, what causes i plug to get fuel fouled? i have never heard of that before.
