Compression Ratio

I have a 302 out of an early 80's Mercury Capri and I have GT-40 heads installed on it. How would I go about figuring the Compression Ratio? Thanks in advance.

You are going to need a lot of specific measurements to determine it accurately:

You can use nominal production specifications but it will be less accurate...
