Hey guys,

Melissa and I are slowly working the bugs out of our new to us '70 F-250. We cleaned the interior and install a replacement instrument bezel and what a difference it made!!

My question is... Does the gear selector on the steering column have a light in it? We drove it home tonight and it is dark I can't see what gear I am in unless I use the dome light. Is there a bulb that needs replacing? If so where is it?

nope, but i am looking for a way to fix this

Hey nice truck!

Yep, you had to wait until '73 to get a illuminated gear position.

I too have toyed with the idea. There has to be a way to get A light in there like a 194.
