I don't follow. You need to have a fan. The engine driven fan takes up a lot less room than electric fans that will equal it.
It's a very tight fit, but not impossible. Your core support will not be the same after fitting an intercooler/radiator.
If you're really strapped for room you can get rid of the fan clutch and run a solid mount fan. You can get an extra inch, but you'll lose atleast a MPG mileage.

re: mljjones67 PROJECT CUMMINS UPDATE
The springs are different widths. The 67 is wider than the 79. So I will just buy a lift kit for the 79 and call it good. Now I need to decide between a 4 or 6 inch lift. I was leaning towards the 4 but now I am thinking the 6 inch lift would be the best!

205's are simple to rebuild, just don't lose the center support shims.
The front springs are the same widths from 67 to 79. The 79 "lowboy" front springs sit 2" lower than highboy springs. 4" lowboy lift springs will fit 33" tires. 6" lowboy springs are the same as 4" highboy springs and fit 35" tires nicely or up to 40" or so tires with minor trimming.

I am thinking about going with one of these exhaust housings to help my boost. I was thinking the 12cm.

The 12 is just an HX35 housing. Just buy a WH1C or HX35 junker off ebay for $100 and put the housing on yours. You save $380.
If you're going to heavily fuel the engine (really big power) go for the 14CM. It'll build serious top end power over the 12. The 16 works well too.

The plan is for some good towing power and reliability, with the best fuel economy I can get. It wont need monstrous power just enough to tow, at the most a bumpside. It will be sweet just to have a cummins in there.

re: mljjones67 PROJECT CUMMINS UPDATE
So the best option I have is to buy a 6" lift for the 79. That will put me at the height of a highboy 4" lift right?
Next question. What will be the best way to run my clutch? Stock form or use the slave cylinder setup? which would be the easiest? I need to find a dodge flywheel still. What clutch is recommended?
