Yeah... they look awesome. I'd love to have one of those round ones for my truck so I didn't have to use the goofy stick-on kind.
That dash pad looks great, too... it must've felt like you found blackbeard's treasure when you found that thing!

Yeah, just try to find anything green for the interior - it's not out there. Black, blue, red, etc easy.Supermike wrote:Yeah... they look awesome. I'd love to have one of those round ones for my truck so I didn't have to use the goofy stick-on kind.

Re: re: 72 Camper Special Progress Report (FRIDAY PICs UPDAT
Man, this is one of my favorite trucks/projects I've seen on this site. And he just FLEW threw it. I'd like to see the finishing touch-ups under the hood if you've got it done.SebringSixSpeed wrote:Oh, and here is the rear bumper back from the powder-coating folks.
Also... question on your rear bumper... what "color" is that powder coating? It doesn't look shiny enough for "chrome", but appears to be more than flat gray. I'd like to use a similar color on mine...

Re: re: 72 Camper Special Progress Report (FRIDAY PICs UPDAT
I don't know what the exact color code they used for the bumper, I just asked them to do it in a semi-metallic silver/grey and thats what I got. I am very happy with the color myself. I'll put up a few more pics soon... Sorry I havent checked in on this thread in awhile since the project is mostly over.Supermike wrote:Man, this is one of my favorite trucks/projects I've seen on this site. And he just FLEW threw it.
