It was very chilly here today, right at the freezing mark, so the first thing I did was crank up the furnace for the first time this season. Unfortunately, something went wrong with it over the summer....it's not kicking on like it's supposed to. I think it's something to do with the fan solenoid, because it would try to fire up, but even though the fan isn't locked up, it wouldn't start spinning. After working for several hours with the temp at 48F, I wired up a box fan behind it to push a little heat out, which brought it up to about 60F. Still too cold to do any filler work, which is what I was planning to do, so I'm gonna have to get someone to come take a look at it ASAP.
Anyway, about a month ago I picked up a right-side door from Mark (4x4x4crewcab) which needs some work, but less work than the two spares I had. Someone had already gotten started patching two small rust areas along the bottom:

I got the door stripped to bare metal and ready to finish up repairs:

...and then got the door mounted and adjusted:

Since I couldn't to any filler work to the door, I had to find other things to do. I spent a little time working on the wiring harness, replacing some bad wires from several spares I have. Now the wiring harness is ready to go.

Then I decided to get the Unity spotlight mounted, since I needed to get the holes drilled before anything gets painted. Here's a shot taken with the installation about 99% done:

(You'll have to excuse the mess....my poor truck has been accumulating dust for several months.) This installation was interesting, since I needed a 12"-long 1/2" drill bit which I didn't have...so I drilled in about 6" with the 1/2" bit I did have, then used a long 1/4" bit to drill a pilot hole all the way through, and then used the 1/2" bit from the other side. I took some more pics of the installation and will get them posted soon.
