Amazingly the only rusted through spots where the floor pans and the spot behind the chrome trim on the front of the hood. I had enough 18 ga. sheet metal around so that I used it to make the floor pans out of, I will bet it would have been a lot easier to just buy a set of them and weld in. I used the silver POR-15 as you can see in the pictures which I covered with black truck bedliner paint. I wish the last picture (one of just the frame with just the tires attached) could tell the whole story of that day. I used the pressure washer to clean all the oil slick and dirt off the front half of the frame. What it didn't show was that when I went to turn on the water for the pressure washer, was the 5' + long copper head that was between the hose real and the faucet on the house. That was a little bit of excitement I could have done without being that it was 100F outside that day. I would have done the photo bucket deal but I keep getting the "offline and to check back soon line" when I go to it. Hope to get the second roll done soon and post them up for you guys to see.
Like I said before, I'm not the best picture taker but I do know how to get the job done. Now the fun of working the slide hammer on the doors and welding up all the holes. Thanks for looking.
From what i can see you do fine with taking, and scanning looks like you take great attention to detail very nice.
Just another Ford fool named Dan.

Thanks Manny, yours is looking great also. Believe it or not, this will be a work truck when I'm done. One of the fun things I'm doing is filling the holes where the 3 5/8" trim went down it. Somehow I just didn't like it on that truck. Now that the photo galleries are up I've put my pictures there. http://www.fordification.com/galleries/ ... b_ed51.jpg Hope to see your updates soon, catch you later.
