Rear End (Caution: Pictures).
My truck got rearended in January by some punk kid text-messaging while driving. He was uninsured and it took me several months to get the dough out of him. I have finally been able to get started on getting it back together. I had to find a good 6' bed, which I did. While I got the bed off I figured I'd clean things up a bit.

Brushed on, no brush marks after drying. Takes 2 to 5 hours to dry, depending on how thick you slap it on. I had everything sandblasted first. I made some Plexiglas covers for the carrier opening and the axle openings to keep the sand out of the housing. I Ultra-Black siliconed the covers and and bolted them on a day in advance to be sure; there are a lot of places for sand to hide inside of the housing.
I dumped some of the POR15 into a separate container to preserve the rest of the can. If you sand blast first, it creats enough of an adherable surface that you don't need to pretreat or use etch primer.
