upload quota in profile

when i go to my own profile from a forum not from the link at the top of the forums page. there is now a thing that says "upload quota" and has a number line thing and a link that says some thing like "user quota contral panel" (im not postive thats what it says).
anyone know what that is?

it is the amount and locationn of pics that you have posted on the forums. you can find old pics there as well as delete them i think.
