Yes, you can do all that but...
You would have to rig up the Clutch cable...(not hard at all)
You would have to move the starter closer to the block...Huston we have a problem...There is not much room between the starter and the block. You might have to grind a little on the block. I looked at it and didn't want to go there.

This is one of the reasons I did this combo.
This 300 I have had 244k on its first rebuild before I did this last rebuild 10k ago. The guy I got the truck from said that he got it from an old farmer that had been using it to run a piviot irigation well for the last 10 years. I tell you, these things a indestructable!!
