Skyjacker SUCKS

I called Skyjacker 3/9/07 asked them about F740ks lift kit for my bump, they said it would lift an additional 4". Great you have it in stock, they do. Need to order from a distributor. So I place an order w/ Summit on 3/13/07
Summit has front springs in stock, but they shipped from 2 different warehouses, UPS loses 1. Summit reorders front. Back order to be shipped on 4/24/07. I received hardware Kit 4/9/07, looks ok except the instructions are for 1980-89 Ford trucks. I call Skyjacker ask about the instructions, they don't have correct ones, fortunately I don't need them. So the 24th comes and I don't get order shipped email. I call Skyjacker ask about the springs, I am told they have them. I call Summit, am told 1 to 2 weeks b4 they get them as of today 5/3/07 Summit doesn't have. Maybe by 5/26/07 I will have all of my springs. I'm so pissed I'm ready to cancel this order.
Anyone have any other spring vendors need a 4" for my 67 f250 4x4

Sounds like Summit is the ones that are giving ya the run around.

What can Summit do if Skyjacker won't make the springs. I just called Rocky mountain Suspension, and asked what they may have for our trucks. Robin explained to me that Skyjacker had a batch some poor springs come in from there sub contractor and sent them back. These Springs have been on back order for RMS since mid Feb. So when I called Skyjacker in March and ask if they had them, and was told they did......... A typical salesmen crap.
Robin said the Springs are expected in week same thing summit told me. I think this is the 1st and last Skyjacker product I buy. I really liked my Ruff country system was half the price and came w/ shocks, Skyjacker doesn't. I called Ruff country they don't offer a system for our trucks.

WOW, yep you got the run around. To bad they couldn't let you know up front about the bad springs deal. Good luck.

Ups just dropped off the last spring about time. March 13th to June 4th good thing I didn't get any thing custom
made.
