is there a place to get billet knobs for the window cranks?
Thought i saw somw years ago, but cant find them now.

Ok, this is way old, and you've probably forgotten about it. But I just wanted to say...
I don't think billet knobs would look too good with the chrome cranks. Although I'm not into billet anything, if you did want to go that route, check out some of the hot rod sites for all billet handles and knobs. An all billet solution would look much better than a mix and match approach (and remember, I don't even like billet!).
There's a place in AZ called RBs Obsolete parts http://www.rbsauto.com/ that might have them.
And Willowbilly3, no laughing at me, I used to know a guy that worked there when they had a shop in the NW!
