Sorry I havent been on much lately. Everything is still a go. The vendor packet wont be here until 20 days before the meet according to the Shriner reply back to me. Its supposed to be a 15 X 20 I hope this is enough. For those who need to use the shop a day or two before the meet, you are welcome to bring your stuff here to my place and store it. This might give us an idea of what we have and how to organize it. I have an engine hoist, engine stand, blocking and bracing material. Just about any tool you could need. There are 2 major auto parts places within walking distance of my place. My truck is 3/4 ton camper spec. , so we can load the heck out of it. Im also bringing a small trailer thats 4X8 so between these we sholud be good to go. If someone wants to haul a bigger trailer, we would have more than enough room. The wife will be willing to shuttle stuff between the meet and the house. Its only about 15 min away from here. Im planning on setting up Friday if the weather is good. If not than early Saturday. Anyone wanting to come up early is ok.
Do some of you want to do a pre-meet? I am off every weekend and usually can get a weekday if needed. Things are falling into place. Now if we could just get some good weather. Fingers crossed.

Let me know if you want some help. This is right up my alley. I have EVERY tool you would need and I can do framing, electrical, and plumbing. Check out the link to my web site if you're interested or just let me know.
Man I could sure the help. Its going a lot slower than I hoped. I do need to run wiring. It has a 4 foot kneewall and this is where I want to run the plugs. Also I want to put in a light switch at the bottom and top of the staircase so you can flip lights on or off from the top or bottom of the stairs. Also want to run plumbing up to the loft area and put a bath dowstairs. The drain is in for the sink and toilet but Im not sure how to vent it right. Also want to put a couple of small skylights in. I'll try to post a picture of what Ive done so far. Well Im getting long here but you get the idea. Im just really getting into this loft conversion and finding more and more to do as I get into it.

I put up a bunch of pics of the shop/loft so you can get an idea of what were up against. I believe Fordman is willing to help put up drywall and Ive got a couple of offers for help.
Thank everyone. Im trying to get this done before the meet/greet. Once finished it will give me an extra temporary living space for company and just a palce to chill out.

as far as moving the plumbing the best way would be to cut the concrete and put in an extension pipe to the exesting pluming unless the main is closer to where you want it than the pipes are now. then it would be a matter of tapping tnto the main where its at. the ceapo way would bee to raise a fake fl;oor in the bath area and run the pipes on top of the concrete to the drops you have no. but it wouldn't be the right way to do it. i will get my concrete saw fixed and runnign if you deside to do cut the concrete out. let me know about that pretty soon. if you want to use that saw.

Thanks Fordman,
I think I'll go with the idea of a raised floor for two reasons. One is I have 9 foot ceilings so a raised floor wont be too much of an issue. The second is I want to run water up to the top and put in small 1/2 bath and kitchenette. I have a 5 gallon water heater already so I need to think of a place to put it also. I am thinking of cutting the wall down that divides the place where the corner bath is and the van in the photo to about 36 inches or so. The one with the red toolbox leaning up against it. I could hide all the plumbing in the short wall and just about run another set of pipes straight up and into the loft area.
