Good deal. Ya gotta have good headlight doors on a bumpside.
By the way your truck is really nice, and I keep scratching my head every time you comment that you hate the color and plan to change it. I'll tell ya, even if yellow is not your favorite, the yellow on your truck looks great. Any chance you might change your mind? I think you should give it some thought.... What WAS the original colors anyway?

to clarify :D , i could probably live with yellow, but this is a twenty footer at best. it's not bad for a garage or driveway paint job, but there is now way it's gonna last. mother nature's gonna kick it's a$$ in a couple of years. now, if were a nice two stage ppg or dupont paint job i'd probably fly it, but this looks like some elcheepo enamel deal.

original was wimbelton white and harbor blue i think.

btw, you wouldn't happen to know what kind of screws the headlight doors take do you? i'm gonna have to get some.

Hmm. If you dont have an example of the headlight door screws, so that you could go to Lowes and get some, LMC is supposed to have some that you can buy. I dont know the no. and thread of those screws, maybe someone else can help.

thanks for the link jzj. they look to be the same part number as the 61-66 screws. time to start digging though the junk drawer.

That looks great! (Keep it clean now). I like the color of your truck. Its got a little 'chrome yellow' look to it. Keep it for a year or two, I think you'll end up liking it. Nice orig. looking truck.

not bad for a shake and bake job (rustolium and 180 degree oven). i scratched the heck out of the pass side though. i'll take care of that when i finally get a repaint. i think i need to move the outboard screw holder thingie inward a little bit.
