tail light lighting woes.

tail light lighting woes.
I have a green, yellow, brown, and black with a red stripe going to my tail lights. Can anyone tell me whick wire goes to where? It is a 1970 truck. 1970 wiring or 1977?

Green - right stop & turn light
Yellow - ?
Brown - tail lights
Black/Red stripe - backup lights
yer missing one - Yellow/Black stripe - left stop & turn light
