Two months later....almost finished moving The bumpside has hauled probably over 20,000 lbs in several trips. Can't make the 1st weekend in October but any other weekend would be fine. Jax would be a long drive for my bump but I'd make the decision on other vehicle closer to the date.

I could also pass several of the above mentioned cards here in central Florida, (bumpside heaven)!

I owe you and all the others who posted in this thread a HUGE appology.

October is all but over now and I have neglected this forum for more than two months now and havent let anyone know what was going on with the above mentioned proposed meeting.

It seems that I ran my mouth and tried to set up a local meeting and then bailed on you guys at the last minute. For that, Im sorry.
Im not trying to make excuses but the last three months have not been good to me. (frustrated, depressed, and broke)

I hope you guys can understand and not hold it against me. I fully intended to host a meeting and feel bad that it fell thru.

Hope we can set up another time that is convenient and plan it again?
I promise to be more attentive if you/we do.

Good to have you back shardance! Don't worry about me as I have all the motor and tranny both out and am picking away at what I can to save money. Won't be going anywhere with a truck for a while.

Same here with the month of October flyin' by! Since we moved I'm still tryin' to get the house sold in Naples.

The "bump" has hauled thousands upon thousands of pounds of our stuff from So. Florida to here. I'm giving her a rest for a short while and hopefully soon will give her a new aluminum flat bed.

Can we talk about next year maybe? Hopefully then more could/would join us?

I'm still game. I should be firing up the rebuild in before thanksgiving and taking it easy breaking it in over the next couple of months. What with christmas and new years and some job stuff in Jan. January would be tough for me. After that just about anything would work for me.

Hey guys,

Yes Im still here. Life's been kinda wild lately but I would still enjoy meeting some of the great folks on this forum.
Would still like to have a swap/meet/greet here in Jax. if there is still any interest in it.
Now that Im driving my truck daily Im more able to set up something locally as long as we can agree on a date.
Let me know what you think and we can go from there.
