what about time

i have told you guys before i'm not the brightest star in the sky, but how do i set the right time for my post. i just posted something and it said its friday and about 4 hrs ahead of what it really is where i am. thanks in advance for your help.

set to your greenwich mean time, ( i think you are GMT +4)

Pacific Standard Time (USA) -8:00
Mountain Standard Time -7:00
Central Standard Time (USA) -6:00
Eastern Standard Time (USA) -5:00

Good question. I checked mine and it was an hour off. I never even noticed. Thanks for cross referencing it Keith, it made it easier.

I think this is the correct referance:
-Pacific Standard Time (USA) -7:00
-Mountain Standard Time -6:00
-Central Standard Time (USA) -5:00
-Eastern Standard Time (USA) -4:00
I switched mine and realized it was wrong. Just a little FYI. :D
