Summary: Possibility that Goodyear tires size G78-15-B glass-belted tires were inadvertently manufactured with inadequate thickness of inner tread covering fiberglass belt.
Consequence: This could result in tread separation and cause severe vehicle vibration.
Remedy: Correct by replacing with new tire.
