Turn signal harness problem #2

Post by Ron_Hall »

Hi again... Well, after installing the new TSS from D.C. and while working on the wiring harness colors I flipped the turn signal switch to the right and then to the left but It wouldn't go to the left! When it's in the middle of the switch it hits the bottom of the flange housing(see pic). I then installed the old one and it works like it should. Has anyone else had this problem with the Dennis Carpenter switch? and if so, can that rod be moved without messing up the switch?

Thanks
Ron
