Easy and cheapest way would be to find a same year truck like yours at a wreaking yard and pull the parts off. Bolt them on your truck. bleed brakes and check for leaks, and your done. You would need to take the booster and any brackets/parts to attach to pedal, MC, distribution block/proportioning valve, and take pictures how it goes together for when you install it. If I was doing it on my truck, I would get a new MC to be on the safe side.
