I know what you mean about lack of sleep!
When my daughter was born, I worked the night shift. It was my weekend off, so I slept Saturday night and was up all day and night Sunday. I didn't get to bed untill about 11:00 AM Monday. I hadn't even gone to sleep when my wife came in and announced it was time to go the hospital. She was in labor all night and delivered by C-section Tuesday morning around 7:30.
I don't even remember driving home! :zz:

Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kid's are great!
My little girl now 3 was born the day before Fathers Day. Way Cool!

I would wager most of the Dads have days that we were walking around dazed but somehow our auto-pilot(and God) got us thru it. I was told that I practically caught my daughter as she was born but I too had so little sleep I didn't remember that. What I do remember was the Super-Human strength my wife had during labor. Man! I held her hands like the good husband but she almost crushed my fingers. Felt worse than having the intake manifold dropped on my fingertips.
If you always do what you've always done. You'll always get what you always got.
