Woods,
Sweet truck and quite the picture with the scenery on the 2nd picture. Wow ... I can just feel the fresh air blowing and smell the snow!

Thanks man. Yeah, the girl and I go up on mt. St. Helens every year to get our Christmas tree. Really pretty up there and a fun drive.

Those pics i took were at hover in Finley. but i live in Kennewick Wa. Basiclly a couple miles away. are you from the area?

I'm across the river near Portland. I thought you might have been to a place I know on the Columbia near Woodland. Popular for mud and sand

My Dad just pulled my truck out from beside the barn. It has been sitting since I deployed in 2008. I am so looking forward to finishing this project!

The tires came in today

She is going off to paint, I redoing her from the frame up. Everything freshened up and painted. Should be quite the looker when she is done!

What color?

Weren't you looking at dark purplish colors?
I'm going to re-paint my highboy as well this summer. I'm thinking burnt orange or burnt red with a white roof. Ugly paint on a restored chassis destroys the niceness of the restored chassis!

Ryan,

I am wanting to go with a maroon color, but with a little more red in it to brighten it up a little. I am trying to find pictures of what the truck use to look like before rust ate the original body down! I also have an NP435 and NP205 sitting in my building to put into it. It will be my first build so I am looking forward to it!

what do you use to host your photos online. I use photobucket, and than there is an image link you can copy and paste into the forum.
