turk54... the lighting wheels look great on your truck. I didn't think that '97 and up f150's had our same bolt pattern...are you running adapters?

Those look great turk!

...and marvin, I could be mistaken but I think the F150's had the same pattern through the '04 Heritage (early '04 and same body style as the '97). The late '04 (new body style) had the 6 lug on the F150 and I think some even had 7, yes, 7 lugs.

The bolt pattern is different, but if you drill out the holes to 11/16" it makes them large enought to fit our bolt pattern. The holes will not be centered on the studs, but since that generation of F150 has hub-centric rims instread of lug-centric, the wheel will center itself on our hubs since they are the same size. Because the rims are 9.5 wide, I am running a custom hub-centric, 2" wide, 5-5.5" spacer on the rear (ebay) and had to grind off about an 1/8" of the lower outer edge of the tie rod so they don't rub in the front. I don't think the fronts would rub if it where at stock height, its the dream beam tie rod relocators that got me. I also had to get lug nuts with a flat backside (not tapered).

There are quite a few first generation lightning (early 90's) owners runnin these without problems, so since we share the same bolt patter I figured it was worth a try.
