How do I get those studs on the rubber? Get a new flange or steering box?

I just went and took the flange off my old one which was the ps box and hopefully it bolts up to the manual steering box. If it does I should be good to go

Should be the same. Although, looking at your rag joint I'd go ahead and buy a new steering coupler. Available through your local parts store or multiple places online.
