Yes, it honks
But it's parked in the garage for the winter. In april it will see the roads again and a driver with a big smile (me)

Re: New horn ring to my steering wheel doesn't fit
Hi
I have a question sorta on this thread. I had a 69 F100
with a crappy aftermarket wheel. I found a 3 spoke wheel with the horn ring on Craigslist. Same colour as my interior. Not sure if it’s F series or car though.
Im selling the F100, & now have a 72 F250. It too had a crappy wheel so I robbed the nice 3 spoke and exchanged with the 69.
Problem is the threaded shaft that the wheel attaches to is Too long. I mean I can secure the wheel to it, but the shaft stands proud of the space needed for the horn ring to live in.
Am I missing something easy? Or does it need to become shorter? (Grinder & a die?). Can I make the 69 truck’s wheel work on the 72?
I have it installed but the horn ring is on the bench.
No photo sorry.
Thanks
