Hello all,
My truck is a 69 F100 Ranger. 360. Auto. PS. PB.
I am in the process of switching to front disc brakes
using all parts from a 77 f150. Kingpins and all bushings replaced. Using Drag link and tie rod for a 77 F150.
All components hooked up and set 1/8” toe in.
When I find center with my steering wheel by turning all the way left then all the way right then stopping half way back my steering gear should then be centered. After that My wheels are veering somewhat to the right.
I need my wheels to be pointing straight ahead when my steering gear is centered correct?
Do I need to move the pitman arm on the splines to adjust the right wheel since the drag link is non adjustable?
Thanks!
