What year Crown vic cars will work best on the f100 frame?

03 up and the police cars have heavyer springs than the regular Vic's perty easy swap though there's a ton of info on here how to do it
68 f100 390 3 speed on the collom G maw gave to me G paw drove in late 70s till late 80s
