Thanks!

Re: Front sway bar
The optional 1-1/8" 2WD front swaybar was available on '75-'79 F100s through F350s. It will bolt up to any '65-'72 F100 through F350. 4x4 front swaybar is not the same as one for a 2WD.
However, without the Dentside front suspension --or, at least without the '75-'79 radius arms, the swaybar endlink brackets will not mount up properly. There's a notch in the forward end of the '75-'79 radius arms that the locating pin of the endlink brackets engages into. Bumpside/'73 Dentside cast steel radius arms have no provision for the locating pin. '74 Dentside stamped steel radius arms aren't notched for the pin but, the protruding material is there and they can be notched for the pins on the brackets. '75-'79 stamped steel radius arms will be notched from the factory, whether the truck had the front swaybar on it or not.
I have the front swaybar assembly, from a '78 F250 Camper Special, on my '69 F100 short bed Ranger. I installed the complete disc brake/suspension from a '77 F100 under my truck. --I also installed a rear swaybar on my '69 F100 from a '79 Bronco.

Re: Front sway bar
Swapping in '75-'79 radius arms would get you to where you need to be with the swaybar endlink provisions, for the notches in the arms. The '73 spindle will be fine to use.
