Did I Do It Right?

My brake parts came in today. As mentioned previously my brakes were assembled by someone before me and they didn't do it right so I have nothing to compare to except a diagram with old part numbers. I think this is the order of everything, anyone confirm it for me? It certainly has tightened up the brakes but just need to be sure.
