Not sure what model truck your looking for but Red Head has remanufactured boxes. Price obviously varies by model.

Got mine at Autozone years ago and been happy with it. They're up to $250 now but with 20% off for home delivery that would bring it down to $200 (+tax).

You can probably go power steering for less than manual. Reman PS box was $120, manual was much more.

I have a perfect manual box removed from my 1969 F250 with 25,000 actual miles. I put PS on this truck, which was purchase new by my Dad. PM if interested
