I did make it to Anderson but the truck didn't. Our plates had not come. The color is just red oxide primer. The mirrors I got from a place out in AZ. I do not remember the name of them. They are the only rectangular peeps I found. The front suspension is 2005 Crown Vic Police Interceptor with Eaton 1 1/2" drop springs. The rear is a MN12 IRS out of a 1995 Thunderbird. We cut 1/2 coil when it was installed.

The trucks look great and I love reading the different ways people are lowering them. I have done a front hanger flip on my rear springs, which appears to be about a 4 1-2" drop at the axle. I put 4deg. shims in, should of went with 6deg. shims for the pinion angle. My truck has the FOM springs, my question is why change to rear shackles in the back as it appears to me like they already are pretty long and there is not much advantage of using the shackle drop? I've not yet put the bed back on so I'll change the shims beforehand. The front end is getting a '76 model drop beams and disk setup that I am close to finishing. I've got another question, the wheel selection for our trucks suck, right now I would like to just go with some factory 8" wheels but I'm not having any luck with those, any suggestions on where those could be found? It would be nice to paint them black, with some nice bigger tires in the back, I've bought some cool looking center caps that I will run if and when I can get my hands on the 8" wheels. Sorry about the long post.
