You will notice those wheels aren't on the front of the truck. That is because Ryan sold them. Since none of the tires and wheels he has will allow it to clear the garage door, how the heck is he ever going to get it out of my garage? I think my wife has given up on parking her car in the garage again. Ever.
:yt: You can blame this guy for the sale :P  just deflate some 35s an she'll roll right on out the door

Drove it home! Drove great. Radio works amazingly, heater will cook you if you want it to, all lights and wipers work, I'm good to go! Electric windows work great, when they want to (some times the panel with the window buttons just stops working).
It stops and it goes and it lays a very nice smoke screen If i want it to :D

It's a '90. No intercooler, auto trans. I quickly realized that me finding a nv4500 truck for under 3k was not going to happen as the nv4500's came in later 90's trucks which i can't afford. That's the reason for the auto. However, this is temporary. I am indeed going to swap in the cummins/auto combo but will be swapping to a nv4500 when i get the money for one, along with the clutch, slave/master cylinders, etc. The lack of an intercooler will make the swap faster as well although I am for sure going to add an intercooler when I get the money.

Cummins is super clean, no issues at all. 3 speed auto trans works great as well. Guy before me "went through it" and freshened it up i guess.
A/C will freeze you and heater will melt you if you want, electric windows/locks work, all lights and windshield wipers work, radio works and actually sounds pretty decent lol
Scrapping the toolbox and selling the lumber rack/rear bumper as they're hideous. I'm going to daily drive it until summer or until I have money again and time to do the swap.

Should be insured and registered Thursday. Need to pull the toolbox and rack off and clean the truck up.

Wow, awesome score, Ryan! How is it that a 21 year old truck looks that clean under the hood?? How many miles are on the clock? Most trucks that age here in the midwest are in the salvage yard. Sooo, if you're going to drive this thing for awhile (maybe until next summer?) When is your Mom going to get her garage back? :D

Yep it's clean for sure.

I'd eat off any part of the engine compartment. You name the part. lol
I don't know how it's so clean in there. Even if someone spent a week degreasing and cleaning it wouldn't be this clean.
The interior is in great condition, body is in decent condition just lots of little dents. It hasn't been abused what-so-ever.

My favorite part is that the only hitch it has on it is a little one welded to the bottom of the bumper. The truck hasn't towed anything heavy most likely in it's life.
Apparently and older man owned it and drove it into a ditch, bent the pass. front fender and broke a balljoint. Previous owner bought it and fixed it.
I haven't even opened the glovebox yet or anything, maybe theres some cool papers

I'm cutting the toolbox open tomorrow so i can throw the toolbox in the scrap pile and sell the lumber rack to a guy. All of tomorrow is going to be spent cleaning this beast up. Oh, and I have to make room in the sideyard to push the highboy back there with a tarp over it so my mom can have her garage back. Figures.

As far as the miles on the clock... it shows it just turned 305,000, although I'm pretty sure the previous owner said the gauge cluster was replaced with a higher mileage cluster. It was either him or another truck i was looking into. I think it was this truck... HAD to be! Too clean lol
