I agree, that would be great if you could start up a build thread and put as many pictures in there as you can :D
I love looking at that thing. Gives me lots of movitation for when i restore my highboy chassis this summer!

1971ford: I hate to do this, but I gotta call it like I see it. Those "Before" and "After" pictures are not the same truck.
First Truck:
The first one is a later year model. The first one has a bench seat. The first one has a sectioned rear window. The first one has side trim.
Second Truck:
The second truck is the truck that is sitting behind the first truck in the first picture. It has bucket seats, blue & primer bed, and either a solid rear window, or a rear window that is not there.

I can break out the photo forensics if needed, but I think most people on this forum can spot that the second truck, is actually the truck parked behind the first truck in the first photograph. Not a before and after picture. Maybe you posted the wrong pics?

haha Nope, same "truck". Okay, not the same truck, but it is. confused? :D
It was a body swap, red/white 2wd body onto purple/whit ehighboy's chassis

The red/white body you see in the first picture, is on a restored 2wd chassis.
The picture is of the purple/white highboy however.
I wanted a 4x4, so i took that purple/white body off of the highboy chassis and set it aside. I then took the red/white 2wd body and set it on the highboy chassis.
I am very tricky lol

See, here is the restored 2wd chassis (which is now sitting in the side yard), the highboy chassis before putting the red/white body on, and the highboy body that is now dead.

In simplest terms: That highboy pictured in the before shot got a new body, put together in the after shot.

Sell might not be the word for it. I traded it for Tweetie. I meant the insurance money for the Jeep WJ, aka Wendy Jo that I totaled. oops. Oh well. It may be for the best. More bird food for the Tweetster.
