Well I did mine custom becase when I built my truck I did not have much money to work with. So I used chevy 6" lift springs front and rear. In the front I added some 3" tubing under the frame and moved the ford hangers to work with the springs I used. I will be changing this set up down the road to some super duty springs. In the rear I used chevy 4x4 rear spring hangers and shackles and drill new holes in my frame to make this work the rear springs are sitting on top of 1 1/2" blocks. On chevy 4x4 trucks they did not use a lift block but there hangers hang down lower than the ford ones, but ford has the factory blocks.
I also have a 3" body lift. I hope I kind of helped you out. before I did all of this to my truck it had 7" of lift and it cleared 35", so if you are looking to run 37's I would run at least 9"s or more to make sure you don't rub the fenders. I some times run 42" tires on my truck and I rub the front fenders some times.I would post more pics but unsure on how to get them here. Mike
